I don't know if it was intentional but your work puts to shame Bioware's lazy writing.
I will say that this is by far the best I've seen. The indoctrination theory... it would have been fine if the game was designed as a "read between the lines" game. But, it wasn't.
I'll be passing this alternative ending around, if you don't mind.
